2nd Street Porch Enclosure

Our client for this project wants to expand her conditioned square footage by enclosing two of her existing second floor porches and making one porch her new office, and the other, her new primary closet. This project includes new windows, waterproofing, drywall, cabinetry, plumbing, mechanical & electrical upgrades to improve her home and make it work better for her needs.
